Our commitments
- Your context is yours. Your context graph lives with you. Export the whole thing or delete it at any time — OneLamp is portable by default.
- Retrieval, not training. OneLamp returns a ranked context pack, never a synthesized answer. We do not train models on your context, and there is no LLM on the default query path.
- You control connections. You decide which sources to link and which AI clients can read your context, and you can revoke either at any time.
- Encrypted & isolated. Connection credentials are stored encrypted, and each user’s context is isolated from every other user’s.
How we protect your data
- Encryption in transit for all traffic to the website, MCP server, and REST API.
- Connection tokens and keys stored encrypted; API keys stored only as hashes.
- Per-user isolation, so your context is never served to another account.
- Scoped access — we request only the permissions needed to read the sources you link.
- Rate limiting and observability to detect and contain abuse.
Acceptable use
To keep the platform safe, the following are never allowed. This list is not exhaustive — see our Terms of Service for the full acceptable-use policy.
- Connecting or storing content you do not have the rights to use.
- Storing, retrieving, or distributing illegal content, or facilitating wrongdoing.
- Infringing intellectual-property or privacy rights, or misusing others’ data.
- Abusing rate limits, or attempting to circumvent usage constraints.
- Reverse-engineering or attempting unauthorized access to the service.
You’re in control
- Connect or disconnect any source at any time.
- See and manage which AI clients can read your context.
- Export your entire context graph, or delete your account and data, whenever you want.
Reporting a problem
If you discover a security issue, or content or an account that violates these policies, report it right away and we will investigate.

Enforcement
We investigate reports and may remove content, revoke connections or API keys, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement. See our Terms and Privacy Policy for related details.
